Build a Legacy
Honor Alan Frank.
Build a lasting space for community.
The Vision
A single room can bring people together, spark ideas, and strengthen an entire community.
CHEF is proud to partner with the Rotarian Foundation of Livermore to complete the Alan Frank Community Room at the historic Livermore Railroad Depot — a vital gathering space in a city where affordable meeting rooms are limited. Once finished, the room will provide low-cost meeting space, primarily for nonprofit organizations, welcoming groups of up to 40 people and supporting thousands of volunteers for years to come.
The Man
This space honors Alan Frank, whose decades of volunteer service helped shape Livermore’s cultural and historic legacy — from leading local arts organizations to preserving the city’s rail history. Alan dedicated his life to serving the community and served as construction manager for this project, but he passed away before seeing it completed.
Your gift helps carry his vision forward.
The Goal
Our goal is to raise $20,000 from the community, and CHEF will match those gifts with an additional $10,000, bringing the total impact of this campaign to $30,000.
Your Impact
When you give, your generosity is multiplied. For every $2 donated, CHEF matches $1 — and because CHEF never charges processing or administrative fees, 150% of your gift goes directly toward completing this community space.
Give today and help open the doors to a place where Livermore’s nonprofits can gather, connect, and serve —
now and for generations to come.
