Community Health and Education Foundation (CHEF) is pleased to partner with Tri-Valley Conservancy for the Beautifying the Tri-Valley: Building Resiliency and Creating Beauty on Our Local Agricultural Lands campaign.

CHEF will match every donation at 50%, meaning a $100 gift becomes $150 for this important work. Even better, CHEF covers all administrative and processing fees, so every donation — plus the match — goes directly toward supporting the land, farmers, and community this program serves.

Tri-Valley Conservancy’s Agricultural Resiliency Mini-Grants Program helps keep the region’s beautiful vineyards, orchards, and agricultural lands alive and thriving. Shifting trends in wine consumption, rising operating costs, and the growing pressures of climate change are taking a toll on vineyards and the broader natural ecosystems that make the Tri-Valley so remarkable.

Through this program, landowners can receive support to adopt sustainable farming practices that restore soil fertility, support pollinators, create wildlife habitat, and conserve water. Funding is also available to modernize irrigation measurement tools and techniques that improve water conservation and long-term sustainability.

These targeted grants provide urgently needed benefits for the environment, local agriculture, and the broader Tri-Valley community.

Help us Beautify the Tri-Valley by supporting the people and lands that shape our community. With every donation matched by 50% through CHEF, together we can build a more resilient and beautiful future.
