An Encore for Independent Living
For more than 35 years, Tri-Valley REACH has been dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across our community. Their goal is to provide safe, stable, and affordable housing, along with enrichment programs that encourage growth, independence, and connection.
Today, more than 40 adults live independently in REACH homes, paying as little as $350 per month. This affordability gives residents the security of a home they can call their own, while opening doors to meaningful opportunities — from social gatherings and community events to educational and recreational programs.
To keep these homes safe and welcoming, REACH depends on community support. Contributions help fund critical home repairs, safety upgrades, essential appliance replacements, and the finishing touches on new housing projects. They also provide scholarships and resources for programs that enrich the lives of their residents.
Through the Havana Encore campaign, every gift goes even further — helping to ensure that adults with I/DD can continue building lives filled with dignity, stability, and independence.

As part of the Havana Encore campaign, Tri-Valley REACH has partnered with the Community Health & Education Foundation (CHEF) to ensure every gift goes further than ever before. Together, we’re multiplying generosity into greater impact.
How It Works
CHEF will boost every donation by 50%
CHEF covers all transaction and administrative fees — so nothing is lost along the way.
That means 150% of every gift goes directly toward essential services for Tri-Valley REACH residents and participants.
