Fiscal Sponsorship & Donation Processing:
Donations for the Breathe Better campaign are made to the Community Health and Education Foundation (CHEF), which provides the tax receipt and matches all gifts by 50%. CHEF then grants the funds to the Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance (TVNPA), fiscal sponsor of Tri-Valley Air Quality Climate Alliance (TVAQCA), to support TVAQCA’s programs.
